Pricing and purchasing information
We accept all major credit and debit cards and cheques.
All prices show are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
All our products carry a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee unless otherwise stipulated. If you receive a product which is faulty, contact us by fax or phone, or e-mail and we will be happy to exchange or refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid in full.
We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of a high quality. We are overshadowed by the manufacturers ability to provide the quality of product. This is beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure that the purpose for which the product is advertised is the correct one. Equipment must at all times be used in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions, please read carefully before use. Never undertake any form of exercise without first consulting your doctor or specialist and agreeing with them that it is safe for you to do so. If you are under medication or have any health related problems, please check with your doctor before exercising.
Customer Complaints
We pride ourselves on providing a high level of service. If you do happen to have a complaint about a product or our service, then please e-mail our customer services department at service@fitness-shop.co.uk. We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and our customer services department will endeavour to resolve the complaint as quickly possible keeping you informed at all times. All complaints will be confidential and treated fairly. Remember, we have a 10 day money back guarantee and all our products come with a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
You will be notified of any problems with your order within one working day.
